This policy brief was prepared in partnership with the International Institute for Sustainable Development. It provides recommendations, grounded in lessons and successes from Indigenous Clean Energy’s programs and experiences, to inform how federal sustainable jobs programming and investments can be implemented to support Indigenous-led solutions in clean energy.

This report was prepared by ICE for Natural Resources Canada’s Office of Energy Efficiency. The outcome of this research is a set of recommendations for how to design programs and policies that truly enable Indigenous energy efficiency efforts.

A scoping paper that highlights the important leadership role that Indigenous Peoples play in lowering Canada’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and traces the rising waves of Indigenous participation in clean energy over the past two decades.

This report was prepared by Dunsky Energy + Climate Advisors and commissioned by Indigenous Clean Energy (ICE). The report explores the opportunities that exist for electric vehicles (EVs) including personal vehicles, buses, and utility for communities.

Powering Reconciliation (2018)
A survey of Indigenous participation in Canada’s growing clean energy economy. This survey draws on national research and the company’s database of clean energy projects which has been maintained for over eight years.
