ICE Mentorship connects eligible ICE program participants with industry-leading experts from across the spectrum of the clean energy space. Mentorships range from one-on-one engagements to cohort support from Indigenous and allied professionals, all working towards a just clean energy transition.
Mentees and their mentors work together to design customized engagements for every mentorship to focus on the specific project needs, goals, and objectives of the mentee. The ICE Mentorship team provides ongoing support to every mentor and mentee throughout their mentorship so that specific tools and resources developed by ICE programs are available, as well as access to a vast collection of resources on the ICE Network.
ICE Mentorship recruits new mentors on an ongoing basis. We have a wide variety of needs from the participants in our programs, so if you have worked on projects with Indigenous ownership or leadership in the clean energy space, we encourage you to apply to become an ICE Mentor.
Successful applicants may have a range of opportunities as part of ICE Mentorship, including one-on-one mentorship, program support, collaboration on curriculum development, invitations to participate in ICE events and program delivery.
