Description

Morgan is the Project Accelerator Manager on the Bringing it Home Team. She Cree from Treaty 8 territory, and is Based in Treaty 7 territory, in Mohkinstsis, Calgary Alberta. She has a Bachelor of Science, Environmental Science from Mount Royal University, and a Master of Sustainability from the University of Saskatchewan. Morgan has experience delivering educational STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics) programming in Northern and remote communities across the Nunavut and Northwest Territories, experience consulting in the oil and gas industry doing environmental remediation and reclamation, and experience supporting Indigenous research priorities & increasing Indigenous course content and curriculum in post secondary institutions across Canada. She strives to create spaces for Indigenous voices and perspectives in all the work she does. When she isn’t working she enjoys spending time outdoors connecting with nature.
