Description

Heather Wolf Ear (Manakii Makoyi Thou’kii: Beginning of a New Day) is a Blackfoot woman from Siksika First Nation, she currently resides in the unceded traditional territory of the Snuneymuxw First Nation on Vancouver Island. She is passionate about advancing clean energy solutions grounded in community, culture, and capacity building. Drawing from her background in workforce development and project management, Heather supports Indigenous leadership, youth empowerment and Nation-led sustainability.

As the Project and Resource Lead, Heather works alongside youth, communities, partners and leaders to create meaningful pathways into Clean Energy. Her approach is guided by relationality, humility, respect, and traditional knowledge systems. Whether it is developing programming, youth mentorship or building strategic partnerships, Heather remains steadfast on breaking down systemic barriers and supporting self-determination through climate action and reconciliation.
