Why do you like mentoring with ICE?

I like sharing my insights from industry and practice of executing large-scale projects and how the skills, lessons learned, and takeaways can help progress even more ambitious project development for Indigenous nations. Additionally, I enjoy building authentic and meaningful relationships with other Indigenous kin who share a common interest/passion in advancing development of their communities/nations while also honouring the relationship with the land and our fellow kin.
