ICE Mentorship
What is ICE Mentorship?
ICE Mentorship connects eligible ICE program participants with industry-leading experts from across the spectrum of the clean energy space. Mentorships range from one-on-one engagements to cohort support from Indigenous and allied professionals, all working towards a just clean energy transition.
Mentees and their mentors work together to design customized engagements for every mentorship to focus on the specific project needs, goals, and objectives of the mentee. The ICE Mentorship team provides ongoing support to every mentor and mentee throughout their mentorship so that specific tools and resources developed by ICE programs are available, as well as access to a vast collection of resources on the ICE Network.
