Please note that only information which is available to the public should be shared in this form. Confidential information about a project should not be submitted through this form. All information on this form could be used to form part of ICE project data on Canadian ICE projects and by submitting information through this form you agree to have this project’s information posted as part of the list of ICE projects. ICE may include publicly available information about ICE projects on its website, even if the project information has not been submitted through this form.

Project Type* Identifies the technology type of the project; ex: wind energy
Project Website Used to provide a path for interested parties to find more information from the project team on their own website.
Location* Identifies where the project is located
Project Size Identifies the nameplate capacity of the energy production facility
Indigenous Community(ies) Involved* Identifies which Indigenous Communities are involved, which qualifies the project as an Indigenous Clean Energy Project.
Partner(s) Identification of Partners on the project with the Indigenous Community(ies)
Type of Partnership Identifies the type of Partnership between the Indigenous Community(ies) and others participating on the project.
Indigenous Ownership of Project Identifies what percentage ownership is held by all Indigenous Community(ies) that are involved on the project.
Additional Information Used to share other facts and information about the project to be shared on the ICE site.

4. Form: 20/20 Catalysts Program Application Form

When information is submitted to ICE through our sites, the information is stored on the website database and sent to the ICE team via encrypted email. The website, database, and email systems are protected with measures considered to be the industry best practices.

 

How to Retrieve and/or Remove Personal Data

You have right to retrieve your personal data any time and request removal of the data from our systems. Be aware, we do not store copies of your personal data – removal of your personal data will result in complete data loss without revert option.
