Description

Brianna (she/her) is Dakelh from the Nak’azdli Whut’en First Nation, currently residing on the traditional unseeded territory of the Haida Nation in Haida Gwaii, B.C. She has been working on completing her Masters degree through SFU in Indigenous Business Leadership and has a background in economic development and small business development. Her previous experience with project development and planning supports her in her role with ICE and the work she does with the 20/20 Catalyst Program as the Program Coordinator. Brianna is grateful to be working with ICE to support opportunities for Indigenous People across Canada to become leaders in clean energy. Brianna enjoys regalia making with hide, beads, and fur as well as traditional weaving. She enjoys participating in seasonal harvesting and gathering activities and takes any opportunity to get out on the water!
