Global Hub Program Manager

Freddie (she/her) is a Métis woman from traditional territory of the Ktunaxa Nation, also known as Kimberley, BC and currently resides in Ottawa, traditional territory of the Algonquin Anishinabe Nation. 

She is the Program Manager for the Three Island Energy (TIE) Initiative, ICE’s Global Hub, which is focusing on accelerating clean energy microgrids in Indigenous, Island and Coastal and Unconnected communities as a core component of global climate action.

She holds a BSc in Public Policy from the University of Mary, USA, and a MSc in Conflict Prevention and Peacebuilding from Durham University, UK.

Freddie loves travelling, trying new foods and playing any type of sport or game. She is thrilled and grateful to be part of a dedicated, impactful team and to have the opportunity to build relations with Indigenous clean energy leaders from coast to coast to coast.
