The programs run by ICE are managed by Lumos Clean Energy Advisors under the guidance and direction of the Advisory council. Our team is made up of clean energy leaders and talented program facilitators and organizers.

Executive Director

Chris is gives strategic direction to ICE's efforts. He guides ICE programming to deliver the greatest to Indigenous communities. Chris is also the Lead Mentor for the 20/20 Catalysts Program, and leads the development of ICE's Global Hub.

Director, Strategic Partnerships & Communications

Terri Lynn is the newest member of the ICE Team. Mi'gmaq from Listuguj, Quebec, Terri Lynn focuses on building relationships with key partners to help amplify the impact of Indigenous clean energy in Canada.

Director, 20/20 Catalysts Program

Eryn developed and leads, ICE's keystone program: 20/20 Catalysts Program, supporting clean energy capacity building and leadership development across Canada. Eryn specializes in Community Energy Planning and Energy Education.

Bonnie Van Tassel

Program Manager, ICE CoLabs

Bonnie is responsible for bringing the ICE Network and, specifically, the CoLab series to life. She curates and promotes this strategic series to give an opportunity for Indigenous communities to share what they've learned through their projects.

Administrative Coordinator

Rae-Anna is Eagle clan from the unceded and unsurrendered Kitigan Zibi Anishnaabe (Algonquin) First Nation. Rae is excited to bring her skills to ICE as Administrative Coordinator, ensuring day-to-day operations happen smoothly.

Ian guides the development and impact of the ICE Network. Ian also leads recruitment for the 20/20 Catalysts Program and is spearheading ICE's newest initiative, Bringing It Home, which is driving forward energy efficiency with Indigenous communities.

Manager, Community Outreach & Events

Kimberley considers herself a “flâner”, a wanderer- mostly due to her upbringing across Canada. Centered around her Inuit heritage, Kim is responsible for engaging communities and culture into all of ICE's programming.
