Yvette earned her degree in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University in 1990. She brings more than 20 years of experience working with the planning and implementation of power system projects. Previous employment with consulting companies, provincial power system administrators and utilities, and most recently, with the Wikwemikong Unceded Indian Reserve, has provided her with a broad experience. Past work includes high-voltage power system planning, integration of large scale wind farm generations to the power system, and the development of resource plans including the current Wikwemikong Community Energy Plan. Yvette is also a trustee with the $13 million Wikwemikong Trust.
